Bacon wrapped chicken stuffed with cheese!

This is one of my favorite meals. I stuff the chicken with cheese wrap it I'm bacon and either grill or broil. I also add a bit of barbecue sauce at the end. I served this with potatoes cooked in chicken broth and butter. Topped off with some rosemary. Yum!
